Outlast Leads

Remodeling leads.
Built around your business.

Clarify the room, scope, decision process, and readiness behind a renovation inquiry.

Illustrative residential remodeling work

Know which remodeling conversation you are walking into.

Remodeling inquiries start with the rooms, proposed scope and homeowner priorities. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Separate a renovation from a repair request

Replacing a vanity is different from reconfiguring a bathroom. Establish whether your business accepts small updates, full-room renovations, additions, or whole-home work. Ask about layout changes, current use of the space, and any existing plans. The goal is to give your estimator a starting point, not to finalize the scope remotely.

Respect the homeowner's planning stage

Material choices, design decisions, and a household's schedule can affect readiness. A requested deadline may be tied to a move, family event, or a period when the home can be disrupted. Clarify those constraints early. Your team should establish the actual construction schedule after reviewing the project and its dependencies.

A few things
worth knowing.

Are these leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Does a remodeling inquiry need a confirmed budget?

That depends on your sales process. Define how budget readiness will be discussed and which early planning requests you accept. A preliminary range from a homeowner does not replace your estimate or establish what the project will cost.

Can campaigns focus on one kind of remodel?

A focus such as kitchens or bathrooms can be discussed during onboarding. Project criteria should match your crew, estimating capacity, and preferred scope, with availability assessed for the market you want to serve.
