Outlast Leads

Air Duct Cleaning leads.
Built around your business.

Plan around the property, system count, access, and cleaning work your crew accepts.

Illustrative residential air duct cleaning work

Start with a clear picture of the cleaning job.

Duct and dryer vent inquiries start with the property, systems and work requested. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Separate the services before quoting

Duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning have different access requirements and pricing considerations. Clarify whether the customer wants one service or both, whether the home has multiple systems, and whether the request follows construction or routine maintenance. These details help your office decide what requires an on-site estimate.

Match appointment demand to crew capacity

Seasonal heating and cooling changes may influence when homeowners call, but local demand and scheduling vary. Set the service radius around realistic travel time and decide how far ahead your crew can book. A request for tomorrow should be distinguished from a homeowner comparing options for next month.

A few things
worth knowing.

Are these leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Can dryer vent inquiries be included?

They can be discussed as a separate accepted service during onboarding. Your crew's equipment, access limits, and territory should determine whether those requests belong in the same campaign or need separate criteria.

Does an inquiry establish that cleaning is necessary?

No. A homeowner's request does not replace your inspection or professional assessment. Your team should determine the appropriate scope and avoid promising a health outcome based on the inquiry alone.
