Outlast Leads

Hardscaping leads.
Built around your business.

Identify the surface, dimensions, site conditions, and planning stage behind the project.

Illustrative residential hardscaping work

Turn an outdoor idea into a scope worth estimating.

Hardscaping inquiries start with the surface, footprint, access and project priorities. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Collect enough detail for a useful site visit

Ask whether the project replaces an existing feature or creates a new one. Approximate dimensions, preferred materials, slope, and equipment access help your estimator prepare. A retaining wall request may need more investigation than a walkway. Avoid treating a short inquiry as a complete design or a fixed-price specification.

Make room for design and scheduling

Hardscaping schedules can depend on local conditions, material lead times, and the preparation needed before installation. A homeowner hoping to host an event needs a different timing conversation from someone planning next season's yard. Set expectations around when you can estimate and when a realistic start date can be discussed.

A few things
worth knowing.

Are these leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Can I focus on larger outdoor projects?

Discuss your preferred project scope during onboarding, including whether small repairs belong in the campaign. A homeowner's initial description can indicate fit, but the site visit and your estimating process establish the actual job size.

Are design-only inquiries suitable?

Only if design work is a service you accept. Define whether the campaign is intended for installation, design-build, or consultation requests, and whether an existing plan is required before your team will schedule an estimate.
