Outlast Leads

Pest Control leads.
Built around your business.

Identify the reported pest, property, service need, and timing before the first visit.

Illustrative residential pest control work

Make pest inquiries specific enough for a useful first call.

Pest control inquiries start with what the homeowner has noticed and where. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Record observations without assuming identification

Homeowners may describe sounds, droppings, damaged materials, or an insect they cannot identify. Capture what they observed and where, rather than treating the initial label as a diagnosis. Define the pests and property types your company accepts, and keep specialty services separate when they require a different team or assessment.

Distinguish immediate concerns from ongoing care

Seasonal activity varies by pest and location, while recurring service has a different customer decision process from an inspection request. Ask whether the property is already receiving treatment and when the customer hopes to be seen. Your professional assessment should establish the service approach and explain any ongoing plan directly.

A few things
worth knowing.

Are these leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Can I exclude pests my business does not treat?

Accepted pest categories should be defined during onboarding. Make exclusions specific, especially where wildlife, termites, bed bugs, or other specialty work falls outside your service scope. A campaign description should reflect that actual scope.

Does an inquiry imply the customer wants a contract?

No. A request for help does not establish agreement to recurring service. Record the homeowner's interest, then let your team explain the assessment, available service options, and any terms before the customer makes a decision.
