Outlast Leads

Painting leads.
Built around your business.

Understand the surfaces, preparation, access, and timeline before arranging a quote.

Illustrative residential painting work

Give your painting estimate a clearer starting point.

Painting inquiries distinguish the surfaces, preparation and interior or exterior scope. Outlast Leads contacts the homeowner and asks several questions to prequalify the request. Once they answer, we forward the exclusive inquiry for your agreed service area. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Ask about preparation as well as paint

Surface condition, height, trim, furniture, and access can change the estimate substantially. Clarify whether the homeowner expects painting alone or also needs patching, removal, or other preparation. Photos and room counts may help your team prepare, while the assessment determines which preparation and materials are appropriate for the property.

Keep interior and exterior scheduling distinct

Exterior work depends on local weather and suitable conditions. Interior work may instead revolve around move-in dates, room access, or whether the home is occupied. Define your scheduling limits before discussing campaign timing. A customer with a fixed completion deadline needs that expectation reviewed by your office before a commitment is made.

A few things
worth knowing.

Are these leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead goes to one contractor. Once your ZIP codes or cities are agreed during onboarding, that territory is reserved for your business. We do not onboard another contractor client in those areas. We contact and prequalify the homeowner before forwarding it. Your team then contacts the homeowner and confirms the booking.

Can cabinet work be separated from room painting?

Yes, as a proposed project focus during onboarding. Cabinet refinishing and repainting can require a different workflow from walls and ceilings, so the campaign criteria should reflect the services and finishes your business actually offers.

Do homeowners need to choose colors first?

That depends on when your estimating process requires those decisions. It helps to know whether the customer is ready to schedule work or still exploring finishes. An inquiry should not imply that preparation or color decisions are complete.
